Seasonal Showcase of Bands

This year we have solo performances from Nic Smith, Darren Leonard, Dave Aston and Hayley Murray. We have "A Hollow Earth", an acoustic duo from Preston who have impressed at a number of events this year including The Southport Arts Festival. Canadian duo of Jaime April and Jason Moon, who moved to Southport in recent years and have played some outstanding gigs at venues and events all around the area will be playing with their full band April Moon.
This years event marks a special occasion for local rock band Bowker who jumped in at the very last minute to replace a band who were unable to attend due to illness and gave their very first live performance at last years event. This year they will be returning to mark their 1 year anniversary.
Also we have live performances from Path Unknown, Ormskirk based Indie band Twin Planets who have performed at every event and are going from strength to strength each year. Indie/Rock outfit The Stops will be making a welcome return to the scene playing their first live performance of the year.
Those who like a bit of Ska/Reggae need look no further than Tonal Select who have impressed massively this year in the resort and who I am pleased to say will be joining the line up, and Shake Fugazi, another local act who have made a massive impression this year will be bringing their unique take on some 80's and 90's dance classics, hip hop gems and modern pop.
